1. Field and workshop maintenance on AWP's & material handling products.

2. Resolve any warranty issues as required and communicate any problems limiting a repair completion.

3. Provide technical product support for Dingli employees, customer representatives and equipment.

4. Support Dingli customer base by traveling to sites around the Brasil region for Dingli equipment sales and repairs when required.

5. Continue to advance skills, licensing and qualifications where necessary to complete the roles and responsibilities of your employed position with Dingli.

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Prior experience in servicing and maintaining AWP/MEWP, preferably within the machinery industry.

3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical components.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

5. Knowledge of equipment rental companies in Brasil will be a definite advantage.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

7. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively.

9. Willingness to travel to customer sites as required for on-site service and support.
